Led by Emma, a former corporate accountant with over a decade of experience working in fast-paced environments, these workshops offer high-performing individuals the tools and techniques she wishes she had in her 20s when running a finance department in the UK.

Through discussions on the mind-body connection, we explore the relationship between psychological events and physiological responses, gaining insights into our nervous system's role in managing stress.
Using MBSR techniques such as breathwork and meditation, participants learn to regulate their nervous system and cultivate resilience in the face of stress. These scientifically proven practices are designed to be easily integrated into daily life, providing practical solutions for navigating challenging situations.
