YOGA CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Yoga

This foundational yoga class incorporates a variety of poses and breathing techniques, suitable for practitioners of all levels. You’ll learn to connect breath with movement, enhancing your physical strength, flexibility, and mental clarity. Expect a balanced practice that cultivates relaxation and mindfulness, leaving you refreshed and centred.

Breathwork + Meditation

In this transformative class, you’ll explore various breathwork techniques designed to enhance mindfulness and promote relaxation. Guided meditation will follow, helping you cultivate a deeper awareness of your thoughts and emotions. Expect to leave feeling centred, rejuvenated, and equipped with tools to manage stress and anxiety in your daily life.

Restorative

In this gentle and nurturing class, you’ll use props to support your body in restful poses, allowing for deep relaxation and recovery. Each pose is held for an extended period, promoting stress relief and rejuvenation. This is a perfect class for those looking to unwind, heal, and restore balance in both body and mind.

VinYin

This unique class combines the dynamic flow of Vinyasa with the restorative principles of Yin yoga. Expect to move through a series of energising sequences, followed by deep, slow stretches that target the connective tissues and joints. This blend encourages both physical and mental balance, leaving you feeling refreshed and grounded.

Yin Yoga

Delve into a slow-paced practice that focuses on stretching and strengthening the deep connective tissues of the body. Poses are held for several minutes, allowing you to cultivate mindfulness and explore the sensations within your body. Yin yoga is ideal for enhancing flexibility, promoting relaxation, and creating a meditative state of mind.

Pilates

This class focuses on the principles of Pilates, emphasising core strength, alignment, and flexibility. Through controlled movements and breathing techniques, you’ll engage all major muscle groups, enhancing posture and body awareness. Suitable for all fitness levels, this class helps build a strong foundation for overall wellness and injury prevention.

Hot Pilates (Booty & Core)

Focus on building strength in your glutes and core in this heated Pilates class. Using bodyweight exercises and equipment, you’ll engage in movements specifically designed to tone and sculpt your lower body while enhancing core stability. The warm environment allows for deeper muscle engagement, helping you achieve optimal results and a satisfying workout.

Hot HIIT Pilates

Get ready for a high-energy workout that combines the intensity of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with the core-strengthening benefits of Pilates. This class, set in a heated environment, will push your limits through a series of challenging intervals, targeting your entire body while improving flexibility and endurance. You’ll leave feeling empowered and invigorated!

Hot Yoga

Experience a dynamic flow of traditional yoga postures in a heated studio that enhances flexibility and detoxification. This class combines breath with movement to create a challenging yet accessible practice for all levels. Expect to break a sweat as you deepen your mind-body connection, improve strength, and achieve a sense of tranquillity and balance.
