YOGA CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Yoga
This foundational yoga class incorporates a variety of poses and breathing techniques, suitable for practitioners of all levels. Breathwork + Meditation

Restorative
In this gentle and nurturing class, you’ll use props to support your body in restful poses, allowing for deep relaxation and recovery. Each pose is held for an extended period, promoting stress relief and rejuvenation. This is a perfect class for those looking to unwind, heal, and restore balance in both body and mind.
VinYin
This unique class combines the dynamic flow of Vinyasa with the restorative principles of Yin yoga. Yin Yoga
